Breakthrough Foundation coach young people in the age of 18 till 30 with developing and doing national and international projects. We are specialised in working with young people with special needs, peculiar young people living in institutions, young people with disorders and traumatised people. We work with the Non-formal learning principles and practice is reflected throughout every project. We use digital Open Badges to support and recognise learning in youth participation projects, international youth exchanges, international leadership courses for youth workers.
